& Games decides to exploit his famous name.
Under strict deadlines and enormous pressure, Thomas dreams and reality
and fantasy become blurred. With so much
violence and so many problems in the world today, he cannot reconcile the fact
that the company has asked him to create characters that are basically
videogame vigilantes.
Thomas tells the company
receptionist that he designed his new characters after strange neighbors who
possess supernatural powers and live in his apartment building. She thinks the world of this bright, handsome
cartoonist and encourages him—until she realizes that his three neighbors do
not exist.
Fired because the characters he
drew were the exact opposite of what he was asked to create, Thomas witnesses
the komik kommandos come alive. But they
are not the “angels” that he conceived—they are vigilantes out for revenge and
they will destroy everything that gets in their way.
